Jinger Massey

Transitions Director and Job Coach

Jinger is the Career-to-Work Study teacher team leader. She spent 30 years teaching business/marketing education classes at Southside Charter High School. She holds a bachelor of science degree in business management, a master’s degree in business education from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, and is a certified job coach through ARS.

Jinger is a lifelong resident of Independence County and graduated from Desha High School. She has attended many state and national business/marketing conferences throughout her years in education.

She is married to Joel Massey and they reside in Salado, Arkansas, where they operate a row crop farm of soybeans, rice, and corn. They have two grown children, Heather and Joshua, a daughter-in-law, Whitney, and two beautiful grandchildren, Chloe and Clinton.
