Wow, it’s hard to write a bio about yourself! When trying to think of the most relevant parts of myself to share I really struggled to put pen to paper. Hopefully I’ve introduced myself fully and appropriately.

My name is Debbi and I’m a Work Incentive Practitioner for Myers-Davis where I work on the Ticket-To-Work team. I’m married to my wonderful husband Mike, who struggles with a disability himself. Watching him overcome the challenges God has put in his path and do the hard work to grow has been inspiring for me.

I’m a proud Grammie of a wonderful little boy and a doting mom of two strong women and an adorable fur-baby named Piggie. In my free time I enjoy connecting with nature and spending time on our property in the middle of nowhere. Throughout my life I have tried my hand at so many different professions and found joy in most of them, but I discovered my true calling when I started in the Ticket-To-Work program and began working with Myers-Davis and our clients. Being able to watch the transformation take place within people and showing others that it can be done is inspirational. Listening to the change in how people talk about themselves and their experiences makes my heart sing. It’s more than just helping, it’s changing lives.
