CES Waiver Services
Myers-Davis Life Coaching is a licensed provider of home and community-based services available to eligible individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities through the Community and Employment Supports (CES) Waiver.
The CES Waiver program in Arkansas is maintained and operated through the Department of Human Services (DHS) Division of Developmental Disability Services (DDS). It is a Medicaid-funded Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) waiver that is authorized in §1915(c) of the United States’ Social Security Act.
The services under this waiver are available to qualified individuals as an alternative to Intermediate Care Facilities for individuals with Intellectual Disabilities (ICF/ID) placement. Under this waiver, individuals may receive the services provided through a PASSE (Provider-led Arkansas Shared Savings Entity).
