Youth Leadership Summit (YLS) empowers students in grades 4–12 to grow into confident, character-driven leaders. Founded in 2014 by our founders (Angela Davis & Dr. Edward Myers), this program helps young people develop practical skills, meaningful relationships, and a strong sense of purpose through interactive summits, mentorship, and year-round training. YLS goes beyond teaching leadership—it helps students discover who they are and how they can make a lasting impact in their schools and communities. Youth Leadership Summits are operated through our non-profit, Myers-Davis Foundation.
