Hi, I’m Monica Freeman, an HR Specialist with several years of experience in human resources. Originally from North Carolina, I moved to Arkansas in May 2025 and am excited to bring my passion for people and HR expertise to the community here.

I enjoy creating positive experiences for employees and fostering open communication throughout the workplace. Outside of work, I love spending time with my dogs, going on road trips, catching concerts, and diving into a good book.
