Born in California and raised in Los Angeles, I’m a life coach, Reiki practitioner, accountant, and entrepreneur with a bachelor’s degree in Complementary and Alternative Health and a minor in Psychology. My passion is helping people awaken their inner superpowers and recognize that they are already enough—sometimes they just need a little reminder!

I’m a wife, mom, proud grandma of four, and dog mom. I love reading, painting, fashion, art, and spending quality time with family. I’m lighthearted, a little playful, and believe I can get along with just about anyone. Life is too short not to laugh, grow, and enjoy the journey!

One philosophy I live by is that what you desire may require you to become the person capable of achieving it. I believe our challenges help us grow into who we’re meant to be, and our greatest power often lies within us, waiting to be awakened.
