Emily Grady
I am originally from Thida, Arkansas, where I also grew up. I graduated from Cedar Ridge High School in Newark, Arkansas, and later pursued my passion for helping others through higher education. I earned my bachelor’s degree in education and went on to earn my master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
My journey in ABA began in 2012, and what started as a career quickly grew into a true passion. Through my work, I discovered how meaningful it is to make a positive impact on the lives of others. I am passionate about helping people reach their potential, overcome challenges, and experience meaningful growth. I believe even the smallest acts of support and kindness can make a lasting difference.
Outside of work, my favorite thing to do is spend time with my daughter and husband. We love traveling, exploring new places, and going on hikes together. Making memories with her is one of the most important parts of my life, and I cherish the opportunities we have to learn and experience new things together.
Family is very important to me, and I strive to live a life centered around kindness, growth, and making a difference. Whether in my professional life or personal life, I want to be someone who encourages others, offers support when it is needed, and leaves a positive impact wherever I go.
One of my favorite quotes is, “Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life.” This quote reminds me to stay true to myself, follow my passions, and make the most of the time and opportunities I have.
I am grateful for the journey that has brought me to where I am today, and I look forward to continuing to learn, grow, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
