Kara Fraser
Originally from Ontario, Canada, I spent the first 10 years of my life there before moving to Bentonville, Arkansas, where I grew up. As a proud Bentonville Tiger, I’m happy to say that Northwest Arkansas has always felt like home!
My professional background includes a variety of customer service, training, and technology-related roles. I began working in the food service industry at age 14 and continued through college, gaining valuable experience in customer service and leadership. After earning my bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Arkansas, I went on to work for an electric cooperative as a Customer Service Representative before being promoted to Department Trainer. I later spent three years with a technology cooperative, supporting software solutions for electric and fiber companies.
I’m passionate about helping others, building meaningful relationships, and making a positive difference in the lives of those around me. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, spending time outdoors with my family, traveling, and relaxing with a good movie. I’m happily married to my husband, Mike, and we have one incredible son, Liam, who is truly the center of our world.
