Hello! Nice to meet you! My name is Courtney Reed and I am a Direct Care Supervisor with Myers-Davis!

I have been with Myers-Davis since October 2023! It is the best place to work in the world! I am honored to be able to work with the team I work with and all of the Direct Support Professionals and people who we serve that I get to support! I have degrees in Sociology and Applied Communications. I worked for 3.5 years with Department of Human Services, then transitioned to Care Coordination with Arkansas Total Care for a couple of years before finding my home with Myers-Davis! I work in the Cabot office and it has quickly become my home away from home!

I have been married to my husband, Nick for 15 years and we have 3 children, Sam, Wyatt, and Rory. We are also full-time caretakers for Ronnie, who is one of the people who we serve! When I am not at the office, you will typically find me at a ballpark, a soccer field, or a dance recital! Our kiddos keep us busy! We love to support Miracle League Baseball with Ronnie and all kinds of Special Olympics Sports. We are die-hard Razorback and Cowboys fans! We LOVE animals and have 3 cats (Zeke, Dak, and Emmitt…..bonus points if you know where their names come from) and a sweet bullador named Zoey! We often foster baby kittens as well! As a family, we love game nights, travelling, going overboard with holiday celebrations, and just enjoying life together!

My Christian faith is important to me and I am so thankful that I have found myself joined with a company that values that faith as much as I do. I believe that each of the people who we serve are beautifully and wonderfully made and that they each have a divine purpose and calling. My calling is to do my best everyday to make sure that the people who we serve have every opportunity to live their fullest lives.
