Kaleigh Huff

Hi! I’m Kaleigh Huff, and I serve as Needs Specialist with Myers-Davis Life Coaching & Disability Services! I’m from Lonoke, Arkansas, where I was born and raised.

My background is in education, where I spent seven years teaching before becoming an elementary school counselor. Working with children and families helped me discover how much I love advocating for others, building relationships, and finding ways to help people succeed. I hold three master’s degrees in Curriculum and Instruction, School Counseling, and Media and Information Sciences—so you could say I enjoy learning!

I’m passionate about helping people recognize their worth and the strengths they bring to the world. My years in education taught me that success looks different for everyone and that even small steps can represent something big. I value getting to know people, understanding what matters to them, and celebrating the things that make them who they are.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and friends, especially my nieces and nephews. You can often find me enjoying a game night, watching baseball, planning a trip, or spending time with my Boykin Spaniel, Maverick. He’s a therapy dog and a very important member of the family!

My Christian faith is at the heart of who I am and how I serve others. One verse that encourages me is Galatians 6:9: “Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” I want to honor God in the way I love people and in the effort I give, even when I can’t yet see the outcome. I’m thankful to be part of Myers-Davis, where I can put my faith into action alongside a team committed to helping the people we serve live full, meaningful lives.
