Mandi Beesler
My name is Mandi Beesler, and I was born and raised in Farmington, Arkansas. I currently serve as a Direct Support Supervisor with MDLC, where I continue my lifelong commitment to supporting and advocating for individuals with disabilities.
As a single parent, I made the decision to return to college after the birth of my youngest daughter, Bella. Through hard work and determination, I earned my degree in Education from the University of Arkansas. I then spent 10 years teaching Special Education at Fayetteville High School, helping students develop the skills and confidence needed to reach their full potential.
My passion for serving individuals with disabilities extends beyond the classroom. For the past 13 years, I have proudly served as a Special Olympics coach, encouraging athletes to achieve their goals and celebrate their abilities. Throughout my career and volunteer work, I have firmly believed that God called me to advocate for, love, and care for people with disabilities.
I am also the proud mother of two incredible daughters, Alivia and Bella, who have been one of my greatest sources of inspiration and motivation. As they have grown into adulthood, I have embraced a new chapter of life filled with opportunities for personal growth and reflection.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors, cheering on the Arkansas Razorbacks, reading, cooking, traveling, and making memories with family and friends. Whether through my professional work, volunteer service, or personal relationships, I strive to make a positive difference in the lives of others and to lead with compassion, faith, and purpose.
Romans 8:28 “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.”
